Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Lead the end-to-end preparation and

coordination of input from the central excellence organization for the COO

Monthly Review Meeting, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables Provide regular, proactive updates to upper

supply chain management on the development of the customer orders, including

key trends, risks, and outliers. Identify, initiate, and drive continuous

improvements in reporting tools and platforms to enhance transparency,

efficiency, and data quality. Answer AdHoc Analysis Request from Senior Management for defined areas (e.g., order mgmt., inventory, allocation)  Drive Automation and AI Adoption as Business Analyst  Giving Governance for all division supply

chain in certain domains for conversational agents on AdHoc questions and

regular senior management briefing. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  University degree in Business, Supply Chain

Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a comparable field. 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain

Management, Supply Chain Excellence, Business Analytics, Consulting, or

Operations Management. Proven experience preparing executive

management reviews and senior leadership briefings. Strong analytical

capabilities and the ability to derive business insights from complex datasets.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience working with reporting and

analytics tools. Experience with AI, Generative AI,

Conversational Agents, or Business Intelligence solutions is a plus. Excellent English communication and

presentation skills with the ability to convey complex topics in a concise and

management-oriented manner. Structured and outcome-oriented working
