Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
Monitor inbound of packaging materials and ensure accurate receiving and put-away processes.
Oversee outbound stuffing and shipment activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Manage inventory accuracy through stock monitoring, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
Ensure all warehouse transactions and inventory records are accurately maintained in SAP.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and other stakeholders to support smooth warehouse operations.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse personnel to achieve productivity, quality, and operational targets.
Enforce safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards across all warehouse activities.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities.
Experience supervising warehouse teams and daily warehouse operations.
Hands-on experience with ASRS minimally 1 year
Proficient in SAP.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing processes, and logistics operations.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
