We're Hiring: Project Lawyer!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Lawyer to join our legal team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling projects, ensuring all legal documentation, transactions, and regulatory requirements are managed accurately and efficiently.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work from Office
Remuneration: up to RM 5,000
What You'll Do:
- Providing comprehensive legal advice, services, legal documents in matters of related to the project i.e. Sale and Purchase Agreement, Deed of Mutual Covenant, Loan's documents
- Liaise with developers, purchasers, banks, government agencies, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of legal documentation
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions where necessary
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal procedures
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on project progress.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya
- Minimum 2–5 years' experience in conveyancing (freshly admitted lawyers with relevant exposure are encouraged to apply)
- Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
