Key responsibilities for this role include:
Serve as point of contact between Third Party Customers, Viatris Global Logistics and Viatris Regional Operations Specialist to facilitate collections and dispatch in timely and effective manner
Creation of outbound deliveries (OBD) and transport orders (TO) in SAP to support dispatch
Support the distribution of customer-facing documents including packing lists, certificates of analysis and invoices
Supporting the creation and governance of Third Party Order Management reports were required
Responsible for understanding all product flows
Responsible to provide support to Viatris Regional Operational Specialist with creation of sales orders (SO) and purchase orders (PO) in SAP if required
Responsible to support with So updated if required
Required to proactively work to mitigate for potential breaks in processes
Required to carry out resolution of blocks in a timely manner as per standard processes and defined escalation processes utilizing cross group collaboration as required
Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Accountable for all process documentation relating to all related tasks
Responsible for actively challenging existing processes to identify opportunities to standardise, streamline and remove waste / duplications to work leaner
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Proven relevant supply chain experience
Knowledge and understanding of supply chain concepts
SAP or similar ERP system experience required
APICS training certification would be a distinct advantage
Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley within the Supply Chain would be a distinct advantage
Continuous improvement mindset
Strong skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative
