The Opportunity
At PepsiCo, our Total Rewards team designs and delivers compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs that help attract, retain, and engage top talent.
As a Total Rewards Partner Manager, you will work closely with HR and business leaders to develop and implement reward strategies that support business goals and enhance the employee experience. You will serve as a trusted advisor on compensation and benefits matters, using market insights and data to help leaders make informed people decisions.
Your Impact
As a Total Rewards Partner Manager, you will:
- Partner with HR and business leaders to develop reward solutions that support talent and business objectives.
- Advise leaders on compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs.
- Lead annual compensation activities, including salary reviews, market analysis, incentive programs, and pay recommendations.
- Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives through job evaluations and career framework guidance.
- Analyze market trends and workforce data to provide insights that support talent attraction, retention, and engagement.
- Ensure compensation and benefits programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
- Help implement and communicate employee benefits and wellbeing programs.
- Educate leaders and employees on Total Rewards programs and compensation practices.
- Contribute to projects focused on pay transparency, process improvement, digital solutions, and employee experience enhancements.
- Build strong partnerships across HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business teams to deliver effective people solutions.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits, including direct responsibility for compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, annual compensation planning, and business partnership with senior leaders.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, market benchmarking, and job evaluation practices.
- Experience leading compensation processes, including salary reviews, incentive programs, and pay recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide business recommendations.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
