This role focuses on EV battery systems, power distribution, thermal management, and vehicle‑level electrical performance, ensuring products meet safety, reliability, and regulatory requirements. You will develop and execute validation test plans, perform hands‑on electrical and vehicle testing, collect and analyze data using industry‑standard DAQ tools, and work closely with design engineering to resolve issues and improve system performance.
This is a Temp-to-Perm position required to be fully On-site.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
- 3–5+ years of electrical validation or testing experience in automotive, EV, or manufacturing environments
- Hands‑on experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, and data acquisition
- Proficiency with engineering tools such as: MATLAB / Simulink, AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, Microsoft Office
