Your Role

• Lead and develop SAP technology consulting teams
• Drive SAP transformation programmes across RISE with SAP, S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, and AI-enabled solutions
• Advise enterprise customers on SAP architecture, cloud strategy, and technology roadmaps
• Support business development, pre-sales, and strategic customer engagements
• Ensure delivery excellence, quality, and customer success
• Build capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and recruitment
• Promote innovation across SAP technologies including SAP BTP, SAP ABAP Cloud, SAP Fiori/UI5, RAP & CDS Views, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Joule and AI solutions

Your Profile

• Extensive SAP technology consulting or leadership experience
• Proven track record managing SAP teams or transformation programmes
• Strong expertise in S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori/UI5, ABAP Cloud, RAP, CDS Views, or Integration Suite
• Experience with SAP cloud transformation and Clean Core principles
• Commercial mindset with customer-facing and pre-sales experience
• Passion for developing people and driving SAP innovation
• Fluent German (C1+) and English
