Role Summary
Urban Outfitters is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join us for the Summer. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll assist in the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate networks. You’ll help track performance, organize campaign assets, and conduct research to support strategic decision-making. This intern may work across Ecommerce Optimization, CRM/Loyalty teams, Digita lMarketing, or Web Analytics.

Summer Internship Program Application Process:
1) Apply to one (1) internship posting that best aligns with your interests and skills. If there is a project component included in the application (see role qualifications below), it is required and must be submitted at the time of application to be considered for the position.
2) Complete a Video Interview: Candidates selected to move forward will receive an email with a link to complete a video interview. Once the email is received, candidates will have two (2) days to complete this portion of the application.
3) Interviews with our internal teams will be scheduled on a rolling basis.

Role Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, QA, and monitoring of paid digital campaigns (search, social, display, affiliate).
- Help organize creative assets and maintain campaign trackers and calendars.
- Support the collection and analysis of campaign performance data (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS).
- Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to identify new acquisition opportunities.
- Assist in preparing weekly performance reports and presentations for internal teams.
- Coordinate with creative, merchandising, and analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment.
- Help document campaign processes and maintain internal best practices.
Role Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or GA4 is a plus.
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
- Clear communicator with a collaborative, proactive mindset.
