What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to align on program requirements and resource allocations.
• Create and communicate detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely execution and achievement of objectives.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and performance metrics, identifying risks and escalating issues as needed.
• Manage multiple projects or work streams by coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering effective solutions.
• Implement communication plans to provide consistent status updates and minimize the impact of changes.
• Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and promoting best practices within project teams.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience managing multiple medium-scale projects or work streams using established project management methodologies.
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring to ensure timely achievement of project goals.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and project sponsors, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
• Expertise in identifying risks, managing changes, and escalating issues to maintain project alignment and resource allocation.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing team members to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to create and execute comprehensive communication plans for all audiences.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
