The primary responsibility of this position is to provide clerical support to the mortgage, installment and commercial lending.- Scan loan files
- Manage homeowners insurance
- Manage Flood Insurance
- Process paid loans and prepare mortgage discharges
- Manage Real Estate Tax for escrow and non-escrow loans
- Prepare annual escrow analysis
- Track final title policies
- Provide loan processing support as necessary
- Set up ACH
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Adheres to Range Bank Policies & Procedures
- Upholds the highest level of confidentiality and cyber security awareness
Required Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Highly proficient with current technology including Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some college education or degree in a related field
- Prior experience in the banking industry
