About the location:

The property is seamlessly integrated with its natural surroundings, allowing guests and residents to immerse themselves in the white sand beaches, verdant walking trails, and myriad outdoor activities – from golf, tennis, swimming and beyond.About the role:
As a Cook I, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, consistent dishes while upholding the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and safety. This position is ideal for a skilled cook who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury kitchen environment and takes pride in craftsmanship.
What you will do:
Prepare and cook menu items according to Four Seasons recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
Ensure all food is prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to detail
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Properly handle, store, and rotate food products to ensure freshness and minimize waste
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist with prep work, mise en place, and banquet or event production as needed
Follow all health, safety, and workplace policies at all times
What you will bring:
Previous experience as a Cook I or in a similar culinary role, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining environment
Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
A team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
Passion for culinary excellence and continuous learning
