Senior Executive, Performance Marketing

We are looking for a highly driven and data-centric Senior Executive, Performance Marketing specializing in E-Commerce to drive scalable GMV and business growth for top-tier global and regional brands. In this role, you will move beyond basic campaign setup to independently own, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across major Marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada) and Social Commerce platforms (TikTok Shop). You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Key Account Management, and Brand Operations teams to maximize ROI/ROAS, lower customer acquisition costs, and transform complex analytics into actionable business growth through fast-paced experimentation.

What You'll Do

• E-Commerce Campaign Ownership: Drive end-to-end management, daily optimization, and scaling of performance campaigns across Marketplace Ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions) and Social Commerce (TikTok Shop Ads, Meta CPAS).
• Optimization & ROAS Maximization: Continuously monitor real-time performance metrics (GMV, ROAS, CIR, CPA, CPC, CTR) and execute rapid A/B testing on creatives, bidding strategies, and promotional mechanics during mega-shopping events (e.g., 11.11, Payday campaigns).
• Tracking & Analytics Setup: Implement, troubleshoot, and manage tracking systems, product feed setups (Google Merchant Center, TikTok Catalog), and deep links to ensure precise attribution and high data integrity.
• Margin & Budget Management: Partner proactively with Commercial and Sales teams to strategically allocate advertising spend, control ad costs, and optimize margin structures to maximize profitability for brand partners.
• Data-Driven Reporting & Insights: Build automated performance dashboard templates and deliver strategic, actionable insights to internal leadership and brand clients, connecting marketing metrics directly to business outcomes.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as an E-Commerce performance expert to collaborate with Brand Operations, Strategic Planning teams to execute holistic cross-channel marketing strategies.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, E-Commerce, or related fields with 2 years+ of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically within E-Commerce, Marketplace Ads, or digital agency environments.
• Proven hands-on track record managing Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Shop Ads Manager, Meta CPAS, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Ability to structure complex data logically, identify root causes of campaign fluctuations, and execute data-backed solutions quickly.  
• Strong resilience and passion to thrive under pressure, navigate ambiguity, and deliver outstanding results during high-stakes sales events.
• Proactive ownership mindset with the capability to build rapport and align cross-functional stakeholders toward common targets.  
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with continuous Growth Mindset.
