Technology and Data Manager

Role Purpose: 

Manages all technology platform administration, system configuration, and data integrity across JLL and client systems while driving digital innovation and operational excellence. Ensures real-time data accuracy through automated validation processes, monitors system performance using alert systems and dashboards, and implements proactive issue detection protocols. Administers security access with role-based controls, manages user permissions across multiple platforms, and coordinates cybersecurity compliance. Develops interactive dashboards for stakeholder visibility, provides technical support across all systems, and identifies opportunities for automation and process improvement. Leads technology change initiatives and serves as the technical bridge between operations, IT infrastructure, and vendor support.

 

What this job involves:

• Platform Administration: Manages JLL platform configuration, system updates, and technical maintenance to ensure optimal performance and uptime
• Monitor Lighthouse reports using automated alert systems and dashboards, implementing proactive issue detection and resolution protocols
• Ensure real-time data accuracy and synchronization across JLL systems (Client Portal, Property Hub,
• Portfolio, FMs Space, Pega) through automated validation processes
• Track system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement technical improvements to enhance platform efficiency
• Administer security access protocols, handle TAT requests, and maintain audit trails for compliance
• Create and configure accounts for new employees with role-based access control (RBAC) across all technology platforms
• Design and manage user permission hierarchies across client and JLL systems, ensuring least-privilege access principles
• Maintain cybersecurity standards and coordinate with IT Security on access reviews and vulnerability assessments
• Configure new locations in all technology systems with proper data mapping, API connections, and workflow automation
• Process location closures through coordinated system updates across Transaction Management and Lease Admin platforms
• Implement and maintain automated contract renewal tracking systems for all client contingent employees with notification workflows
• Develop and maintain automated monthly employee attendance reports using data extraction and transformation tools
• Prepare and process badge reports through system integration and data validation pipelines
• Monitor and update global Management Fee lists using database management tools and validation scripts
• Track, organize, and maintain security protocols for all shared data repositories and folder structures
• Dashboard Development: Create and maintain interactive dashboards for stakeholder visibility into key metrics and KPIs
• Provide technical support and system expertise to Corrigo, CMO, Portfolio, IFM, PDS, TM, and Finance teams
• IT Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnoses and resolves technical issues for management and employees across all platforms, coordinating with IT infrastructure teams when needed
• Process and track equipment requests for new hires, managing technology inventory and deployment
• Organize and administer employee training sessions through Workday (WD) and other learning platforms, tracking completion and compliance
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and technology-driven efficiency gains
• Collaborate with leadership to plan system upgrades, migrations, and technology investments
• Coordinate with technology vendors for platform support, enhancements, and issue escalation
• Lead technology change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes

 

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years in technology administration, platform management, or technical operations roles
• Strong technical expertise in multi-platform system administration, configuration, and integration
• Experience with IWMS platforms (Corrigo preferred) and facility management technology ecosystems
• Proven track record implementing automated workflows, data validation processes, and alert systems
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, RBAC models, and access control protocols
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms)
• Demonstrated ability diagnosing and resolving technical issues across complex technology landscapes
• Knowledge of API connections, data mapping, and system integration methodologies
• Track record leading technology adoption initiatives and coordinating change management for system implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field preferred
