Job Responsibilities:
Monitoring daily cash balances and cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity to meet payments
Prepare and review bank account administration and documentation to ensure documentation accuracy, timeliness and compliance
Communicate effectively with bankers and appropriate follow‑up on banking matters
Compile and prepare reports for management review
Maintain accurate and well‑organized filing systems and develop internal procedures to facilitate departmental cash flow management
Provide ongoing guidance, training, and support to employees to ensure performance aligns with business objectives
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in banking, auditing or loan administration
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or Accounting (CFA/CPA preferred)
Possess excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Advanced in MS-Excel, MS-Office and MS-PowerPoint
Detail‑oriented with strong numerical skills and familiarity with banking procedures
Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and accountability, with sound analytical and problem‑solving skills
Strong time management and organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without comprising quality
