Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by diligently monitoring and analyzing various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous engagement with complex technical environments to ensure smooth operation and minimal disruption to business activities. Collaboration with different teams to understand system behavior and provide timely solutions is a key aspect of the daily routine, fostering a reliable and efficient technology landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot system issues effectively.
- Document findings and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Strong understanding of access control principles and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience with managing user identities, roles, and permissions within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to identity lifecycle management.
- Ability to analyze system logs and audit trails to identify security and access anomalies.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices related to identity and access governance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
