Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system components, ensuring seamless operation and minimizing downtime to support business continuity.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Experience with monitoring and incident management tools to track system health and performance.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices to support system compliance and data quality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Collibra Data Governance.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
