As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, while continuously monitoring and analyzing system behavior to prevent disruptions and enhance overall service quality.

- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through innovative problem-solving.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Build Process Automation.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks to optimize application support processes.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and develop scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Experience in integrating automation tools with existing business systems to streamline workflows.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align automation strategies with organizational goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Automation Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
