For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven ability to conduct end-to-end process analysis and translate complex business needs into structured functional specifications and user stories.
- Skilled in performing deep impact analysis that accounts for legacy systems and upstream/downstream dependencies.
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction and report creation to support business decision-making and requirements validation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to adapt communication style between technical teams, business users, and third-party vendors.
- Ability to train and mentor business users and junior analysts on delivered solutions, with familiarity in application lifecycle management and production support processes.
- Fluency in English, at least B2 level
- Availability for Hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Porto or Lisbon office
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
