Ready for a career glow up? As a Treasury, Senior Financial Analyst, you'll be driving day-to-day treasury operations, cash management, liquidity planning, and financial reporting. The work you do will impact beauty, as you develop, test, and maintain complex cash flow models and financial forecasting systems across Anaplan and Excel. Develop, test, and maintain cash flow models across Anaplan and Excel for accuracy and efficiency, ensuring robust financial projections. Create comprehensive cash flow budgets, track actuals, and perform detailed variance analyses to support strategic decision-making. Execute core treasury operations, including daily cash forecasting, liquidity management, payment runs, and bank statement reconciliations. Support critical month-end deliverables, including Anaplan and SyRUS reporting, cross-functional alignment with accounting, and external audit requests. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario forecasts to support cash flow projections and cross-functional treasury initiatives. Document operational processes, train team members on systems and procedures, and assist with store support activities as needed. Corporate Treasury, Finance, and Accounting background required with 3-5 years of focused experience in cash management and banking operations. 3-5 years of hands-on experience utilizing treasury and planning systems such as Kyriba, Anaplan, and advanced Excel. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Demonstrated ability to think critically and apply strategic vision to complex financial and operational challenges. Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of driving results across multiple competing priorities. Clear, concise, and effective communication skills with a collaborative approach to partnering across business units.
