Schedule: Full-time (Nights)
Base salary: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00

What You Will Do
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated NP/PA to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Join an established, stable and busy Intensivist service of 8 physicians and 8 Nurse Practitioners
- Mimimum commitment 12 shifts/28 days nights (6p-6a). Rotating weekends and holidays. Candidate would have the opportunty to pick up more if desired.
- Assessment and management of ICU patients, participating in multidisciplinary rounds, supporting the rapid response team when called.
- Critical care experience is required
- High acuity
- Procudural experience is a plus
- Will train with procedures
- Practice setting: Inpatient
- Excellent office support staff
- Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, with at least 2 years experience preferred but will consider new grads
- Eligible for state medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance registration

What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office.
- Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
