The Difference You Make:
The Financial Control & Analysis Associate plays a key role in supporting financial planning, cost management, and business performance analysis across the organization. This position partners closely with Front Office business developers and multiple support functions, maintaining continuous interaction with FP&A, Accounting, Accounts Payable, People & Culture, and other corporate teams.


The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrating a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a strong focus on execution. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and effectively support business decision-making in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and support the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting activities.
  • Monitor, control, and analyze operating expenses, identifying risks, opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Perform financial analysis, including profitability analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicators.
  • Prepare insightful variance analysis and explain financial performance versus Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year.
  • Monitor budget execution and ensure appropriate financial governance and cost control.
  • Consolidate, validate, and analyze financial information from multiple systems, databases, and ERP platforms.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports to support management decision-making.
  • Monitor and validate cost allocations across Legal Entities and Lines of Business, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support and monitor the execution of cost-saving initiatives and efficiency programs.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, forecasting, and business analysis.
  • Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to improve reporting processes, enhance data quality, and identify automation opportunities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of financial information while maintaining a high level of accuracy and data integrity.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred).


Professional Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Financial Control, Accounting, or Internal Audit - Required.

Language:

  • Fluent Spanish (required).

Hard Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Business Objects or similar).
  • Experience working with SAP and/or other ERP systems.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collect, consolidate, and interpret data from multiple financial systems.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and consistently meet challenging deadlines.
  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing business environments.
  • Strong focus on delivery, execution, and accountability.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

It Would Be Nice For You To Have:

  • Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations.
  • Knowledge of cost allocation methodologies and profitability reporting.
  • Experience leading or participating in process improvement and reporting automation initiatives.
  • Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of professional experience, education, training, or military service.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence employment.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum:

$115,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$145,000.00 USD
