Senior Manager, Social Go To Market
Reports To: Director Social Southern Europe | Location: Madrid, Spain
Our mission to positively impact people's lives every day in every home around the world allows our employees to be thinkers and tinkerers, designers and doers, creators and number crunchers, makers of things they love. As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a Senior Manager, Social GTM to our global team.
Overview
The Senior Manager, Social GTM sits at the centre of SharkNinja's social ecosystem, ensuring our organic, influencer, paid social, affiliate, creator commerce, listening, and analytics teams operate as one integrated growth engine.
This role is equal parts strategist, operator, and connector. You will translate business priorities into coordinated social activation, ensuring product launches, retail moments, campaigns, creator programmes, media investments, and commercial priorities are aligned and executed seamlessly across channels.
You are not a channel owner — you're the connective tissue. Working across Social, Media, Brand, Retail, E-Commerce, Communications, Product, and Analytics, you'll create the systems, planning processes, reporting frameworks, and operating rhythms that allow our teams to move faster, stay aligned, and maximise impact.
If you thrive on bringing order to complexity, love connecting teams around a common goal, and get energy from helping high-performing organisations operate at their best, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
GTM Planning & Integration
- Own and maintain the global social GTM calendar across organic, influencer, paid social, affiliate, creator commerce, listening, and analytics.
- Build integrated launch plans that connect social activity to product launches, retail moments, promotional events, media investments, and broader business priorities.
- Ensure creators, content, media, and commerce strategies are coordinated from planning through execution.
- Partner with category, channel, and regional leaders to identify opportunities for amplification, integration, and scale.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Serve as the primary liaison between Social and key business functions, including Brand, Media, Retail, E-Commerce, Communications, Product, and Analytics.
- Drive launch readiness across social workstreams, ensuring timelines, dependencies, approvals, and deliverables remain on track.
- Surface risks, gaps, and opportunities early, helping teams proactively solve problems before they impact execution.
- Ensure social plans are integrated into broader marketing and commercial initiatives.
Social Ecosystem Excellence
- Connect organic, influencer, paid social, affiliate, and creator commerce efforts into a cohesive full-funnel activation strategy.
- Partner with Media teams to ensure creator, influencer, and organic content are leveraged effectively across paid channels.
- Support the development of scalable playbooks, processes, and operating models that improve performance and speed.
- Help evolve Social from a collection of channels into a measurable business growth engine.
Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Own reporting cadences across the social ecosystem, including weekly updates, launch recaps, monthly business reviews, and executive communications.
- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into activity, performance, and business impact.
- Translate social performance into clear, actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Standardise reporting processes across regions, categories, and channels.
Process & Operations
- Build and document workflows, launch processes, briefing templates, approval chains, and operational playbooks.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions that improve visibility, accountability, and execution quality.
- Manage intake processes and prioritisation frameworks for social support requests.
- Continuously improve how the social organisation plans, communicates, and executes globally.
Attributes & Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Integrated Marketing, Social Media, Marketing Operations, GTM, Programme Management, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of the modern social ecosystem, including organic social, influencer marketing, paid social, affiliate marketing, creator commerce, social listening, and analytics.
- Experience connecting marketing activity to business outcomes, product launches, retail priorities, and commercial objectives.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort translating data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communications and stakeholder management.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of the Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal) media, retail, and creator landscape is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday, Notion, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar.
Success in This Role Looks Like

- Leadership has clear visibility into social priorities, activity, performance, and business impact.
- Teams spend less time chasing information and more time executing.
- Organic, influencer, paid social, affiliate, and creator commerce efforts operate as one integrated system rather than independent channels.
