This is a hybrid position and in the office three days a week and work from home two days a week.

This is a role for a proven technology leader who has already led large teams through transformation, modernization, and organizational change. We're looking for someone who has successfully done it before and can immediately lead engineers, influence senior stakeholders, and accelerate adoption of AI-enabled and platform-driven ways of working.
You will lead a critical security engineering organization responsible for enterprise platforms and services, while helping teams embrace new technologies, automation, and operational models. Success in this role requires strong people leadership, experience with AI adoption, executive presence, and a demonstrated track record of driving results through others in complex environments.
The ideal candidate combines change management, AI adoption, strategic leadership and platform operational discipline. They know how to lead high-performing teams, navigate change, partner effectively with application development organizations, and drive modernization initiatives from concept through execution.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a team of Information Security Engineers that design, document, test, maintain and provide issue resolution recommendations for highly complex security solutions related to networking, cryptography, cloud, authentication or directory services, email, internet, applications, or endpoint security
- Engage more experienced information security and line of business management to identify, formulate and implement information security solutions and controls
- Lead a large, complex information security unit or a number of smaller specialized work units with direct impact to companywide information security objectives having high risk and complexity
- Manage security consulting on large projects for internal clients to ensure conformity with corporate information security policy and standards
- Set guidelines for compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
- Oversee resource allocations to ensure commitments align with strategic objectives
- Manage implementation of information security such as availability, integrity, confidentiality, risk management, threat identification, modeling, monitoring, incident response, access management and business continuity
- Maintain a broad awareness of the state of information security across the enterprise and industry
- Influence change to information security policy, standards and procedures for systems, applications or tools
- Lead large, companywide projects and initiatives
- Represent the organization to regulators, industry groups and governmental agencies
- Interface with Information Security Industry Leaders, Financial Industry Leaders, Analysts and Regulators
- Advise more experienced leadership or executive management on issues with high, critical impact on the company
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Information Security Architecture
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience

Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Production Services, Platform Support, Reliability Engineering & Agentic AI will lead a high-performing team responsible for the stability, resilience, security, and modernization of critical technology platforms and applications.
This role reports to the Technology Director and is accountable for translating executive strategy into clear execution plans, measurable outcomes, and timely delivery. The leader must bring urgency, discipline, and a strong bias for action to move the organization from discussion to decision, and from decision to results.
The role combines Production Services, Platform Support, Site Reliability Engineering, Vulnerability Management, Automation, and Agentic AI to build the future support model for the bank. Success requires a driven, highly accountable leader who can lead teams, remove barriers, challenge inertia, and deliver transformation at pace.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Production Services and Platform Support teams responsible for application stability, service reliability, incident response, resiliency, change readiness, and technology support.
Translate executive strategy into actionable roadmaps, priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
Drive timely execution across complex initiatives, ensuring commitments are met and measurable outcomes are achieved.
Transform traditional application support models into platform-focused, engineering-led capabilities that improve reliability, scalability, automation, and service quality.
Build and mature SRE practices, including service health measurement, observability, resiliency engineering, performance improvement, service restoration, and continuous improvement.
Lead vulnerability management execution across the supported portfolio, partnering with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application Development teams to accelerate remediation and reduce technology risk.
Coordinate end-to-end remediation flow across detection, prioritization, ownership assignment, remediation, validation, and closure.
Drive adoption of automation and Agentic AI to reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, accelerate remediation, enhance service restoration, and increase engineering productivity.
Lead modernization efforts across cloud, container, platform, and emerging technology environments while ensuring production readiness and supportability.
Establish clear metrics, accountability routines, executive updates, and delivery checkpoints that provide transparency and drive action.
Identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and organizational friction early, then lead resolution with urgency and ownership.

Proven experience leading large-scale Production Services, Platform Support, Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure, or enterprise technology teams.

Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver results in a complex, highly matrixed enterprise environment.
Strong team leadership skills with experience developing talent, building accountability, improving team performance, and leading through change.
