[What the role is]
As part of the Human Resource Management team, you will play a key role in personnel administration — ensuring that staff-related records and submissions are accurately processed and maintained within the relevant systems, including the digitisation of physical files. You will support the HR Business Partners across a range of HR functions, including facilitating new hire induction and offboarding processes. On the recruitment front, you will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications and follow-ups, administer technical assessments, and support outreach efforts.This is a 6-month contract role, with the possibility of a further 6-month extension subject to the organisation's needs.
[What you will be working on]
Process and maintain accurate personnel records and submissions within the relevant systems, ensuring timely and precise data entry and verification.
Support the digitisation of physical files, including scanning and uploading of documents as part of the team's records management efforts.
Facilitate new hire induction and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees at every stage of their journey.
Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, administering technical assessments, managing candidate communications and follow-ups and supporting outreach efforts.
Partner with HR Business Partners to support day-to-day HR operations and ad-hoc projects as required.
