• £50,880 per annum plus circa £2,500 service charge and 20% annual bonus

Responsibilities as the Events Operations Manager…

• Taking the lead on the day-to-day running of the Events Operations Department, ensuring every occasion is delivered seamlessly and to exceptional five-star standards
• Leading, motivating and developing the Events Team, creating a positive environment where outstanding service comes naturally
• Maintaining a visible, hands-on presence throughout events, leading by example and ensuring guests receive a warm, intuitive and personalised experience
• Overseeing the preparation and presentation of event spaces, ensuring every detail is considered and beautifully executed
• Anticipating guest and client needs, responding confidently to feedback and continually looking for ways to elevate the experience

You’ll have previous Events Operations experience within a five-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment, combined with strong food and beverage knowledge and a genuine passion for developing people.
