Pay: $21–$22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support a busy distribution center in Rogers, MN. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with people, and keeping an office organized and running smoothly.
The Office Coordinator will provide administrative support to local management and warehouse employees, assist with visitors and phone calls, coordinate meetings and events, manage office supplies, process expenses and purchase orders, and help maintain employee and facility records.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and maintain visitor logs
- Check in candidates and visitors
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
- Monitor front-door and employee entrance access
- Coordinate customer and leadership visits, including meeting spaces and meals
- Manage conference rooms and office supplies
- Maintain office, lobby, breakroom, and common areas
- Coordinate team meetings, meals, celebrations, and special events
- Provide general administrative support to distribution center management
- Maintain employee rosters, contact information, locker assignments, and other records
- Assist with employee scheduling, team assignments, and system updates
- Process employee purchases and expense reports
- Request purchase orders for supplies and services
- Order office, breakroom, safety, and other facility supplies
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, printer ink, first-aid supplies, and safety equipment
- Assist traveling team members with administrative needs
- Process helpdesk requests for office equipment and repairs
- Maintain required compliance documentation and licenses
- Assist with employee apparel, water bottles, safety supplies, and other materials
- Maintain bulletin boards, signage, safety information, and internal communications
- Assist with scanning and retention of non-confidential employee documentation
- Support local team celebrations and employee engagement activities
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- Previous administrative, office coordination, receptionist, or customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and personable demeanor

- Experience with Coupa (training can be provided)
