The OpportunityAs a UX Design Manager in Commercial Technology & Innovation, you will lead the charge in creating and enhancing user experiences for innovative software products and solutions. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation, combining technical experience with creative thinking to meet the evolving needs of clients.
As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality outcomes. You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in challenging conversations with clients and team members, while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading user experience design initiatives to enhance product interaction and satisfaction
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of user-centered design projects
- Utilizing analytical thinking and creative design to develop innovative software solutions
- Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user journeys
- Developing user personas and customer experience strategies to align with client needs
- Overseeing the creation of user interface prototypes and design for usability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate human-computer interaction principles into product development
- Mentoring team members to expand their skills and encourage professional growth
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders effectively
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all design and development activities
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
