The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and versatile HR Generalist to support core HR functions across our organization. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in driving full-cycle recruitment, managing leave administration, maintaining policy compliance, and championing employee engagement. If you are a collaborative HR professional who enjoys balancing talent acquisition, policy governance, and operational support, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do
- 1. Talent Acquisition & Program Oversight
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the full recruitment cycle, managing our Applicant Tracking System and postings across platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Onboarding & Prescreening: Conduct new hire prescreening, including background checks, I-9 verification, and reference checks.
- Internship Program: Direct and oversee the Trademark Internship Program to engage and develop early-career talent.
- 2. Employee Relations & Policy Governance
- Employment Inquiries: Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors with professionalism, escalating complex matters to the HR Manager or VP of HR as needed.
- Policy & Compliance: Create, revise, and review HR policies and procedures to maintain alignment with federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay current on HR trends, new technologies, regulatory updates, and talent management practices.
- 3. Operations & Leave Administration
- Leave Management: Manage the comprehensive leave administration process, including FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, and personal leave.
- Backup Operations: Serve as a reliable primary backup for payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Departmental Support: Perform other HR operations and projects as assigned.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- Education & Experience
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven Tenure: At least 3 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience.
- Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR credential is a plus.

- Communication & Interpersonal: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels.
- Integrity & Confidentiality: High degree of professionalism, sound judgment, and commitment to confidentiality.
