Your role Key responsibilities in your role At KAI GmbH , you will work in an industrial research environment, guided and supported by experienced researchers in such diverse areas as data science, hard- and software design, simulation, modelling and semiconductor technology. We work in close cooperation with universities and research facilities supporting your academic education. KAI is a 100% subsidiary of Infineon Technologies Austria. AI program development: Support the development and execution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) culture and empowerment programs, contributing to projects that promote responsible, ethical and effective adoption across the organization Execution: Assist with organizing AI workshops, training sessions, hackathons and awareness campaigns Communications:  Create engaging materials including newsletters, articles, presentations and internal social media content, and showcase success stories, best practices and use cases Learning Content:  Build AI learning resources such as guides, playbooks and onboarding materials Insights and Community: Gather employee feedback and analyze adoption trends, monitor emerging AI tools and innovations and summarize findings for stakeholders, support community management including AI ambassador or champion networks and collaborate with business teams, technical experts and leadership Further Information: Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.) Duration: on project base until 30.09.2028 Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Education: You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student (f/m/div) from the field of Business, Psychology, Communication, Data Science, Computer Science, Innovation Management or similar Communication: Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, understandable content and experience creating presentations, training materials and communication campaigns Interests and Tools:  Strong interest in AI, Generative AI, digital transformation and change management, with hands-on experience using Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar tools Working Style: Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently, with basic data analysis and reporting skills Language Skills: Fluent in English or German Additional information This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2026-05-01.pdf). #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
