In the role of IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist - Endpoints in our Global IT Operations function, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will help ensure the optimal performance, availability, and security of GN’s global IT infrastructure—supporting the platforms and technologies that enable our employees, partners, and customers around the world.
The team you will be part of
You will join Global IT Operations, part of our global Group IT organization. We design, maintain, and support IT services and technologies that serve as the foundation for the entire GN Group.
Across the EP C domain, we are a team of IT professionals—including engineers, architects, operations specialists, delivery managers, and security experts—who design, build, and run the platforms that keep GN connected.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Modern Workplace Operations
Deliver 2nd level support and troubleshooting for end‑user services across endpoints, identity and access, and Microsoft workplace tools
Manage global endpoint services, including Windows clients, Apple Mac devices, mobile devices, and printers
Support workplace tools such as Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Cloud PC
Operate print services and Follow Me / PaperCut solutions, including basic network dependencies (DNS, DHCP and connectivity)
Administer user access using Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune solutions
Collaborate closely with 1st and 3rd level support to reduce service disruptions and maintain a knowledge base.
Monitoring and Reporting
Implement and maintain monitoring tools to track system health and performance
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Provide input for reports on operational metrics and KPIs
Maintain documentation for monitoring and reporting activities
Service Request, Incident and Problem Management
Respond to incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, ensure communication and timely resolution (e.g.,
Dispatch incoming tickets to the appropriate resolver teams or individuals
Support major incidents, post-incident investigations, and take part in an on-call rotation
Handle standard IT requests (e.g., access management, printer setup)
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and document findings
Categorize and manage events for appropriate response and escalation
Maintain documentation of incidents, problems, and resolutions under ServiceNow tickets.
Security Compliance
Support the regular patching of endpoints using Microsoft Intune and SCCM solutions
Apply and monitor security policies and practices across operations
Act on security findings in collaboration with the IT SOC team
Conduct periodic audits of administrative user access
Monitor for vulnerabilities and potential security incidents
Help ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies.
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
Bring 5 years of experience in IT operations or a similar technical role (Microsoft solutions)
Are proficient in handling IT service management practices such as incident, problem, and request management
Are familiar with monitoring tools and reporting solutions (e.g., SCOM)
Understand cybersecurity concepts and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001)
Communicate clearly and collaborate well with colleagues across functions in Group IT
Enjoy analyzing data, solving problems, and improving processes
Work in a structured and detail-oriented way
Hold a relevant educational background in IT or a related field.
