Manager - Technology, Customer and Operations

Provides Technical Support to the Users, in country ITs/TCOs, development and product teams of Maersk WMS throughout the entire iterative Product Development and Usage Cycle.

• Support ticket resolution – ensure all tickets are resolved within the SLAs
• Program Bug fixing advice
• Onsite SIT, UAT and Hypercare support
• System functionality advice
• Stored Procedure review
• Stakeholder communication
• User communication and education
• Program Modification and Deployment
• Functionality test
• Automate any / all of the above
