Description
We are seeking a warm, professional, and service-oriented Restaurant Hostess to join our Food & Beverage team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a genuine and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide restaurant information.
- Coordinate closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest preferences.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hostess, guest relations, or front-of-house role within hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and passion for guest service.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
