Responsabilidades Principales
- Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo.
- Diagnosticar fallas y proponer acciones correctivas.
- Cumplir estándares de seguridad, calidad y productividad.
- Registrar intervenciones en sistemas y bitácoras (Sistema MAXIMO)
- Participar en proyectos de mejora continua.
Competencias Técnicas
- Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos y mecánicos
- Conocimiento en Instrumentación
- Conocimientos de generadores, motores, transportadores, equipos automatizados y semiautomatizados.
- Comprender sistemas que incluyan, la neumática, electricidad, y electrónica, y control.
- Diagnosticar problemas mediante RSLogix 500, ó Studio 5000.
- Saber conectarse a los PLC, VFD, y panel view, a través de una computadora.
- Comprensión de diagramas escalera, y parámetros de VFD.
- Resolver problemas con relacionados con instrumentación, control de bajo voltaje, o con componentes como válvulas proporcionales, encoders, sensores de temperatura, servocontroles y otros.
- Métodos de análisis de falla incluyendo árbol de análisis de falla y 5 porques
- Ingles técnico Básico (deseable)
