Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring continuous operational stability. The position demands collaboration with multiple teams to maintain system health and swiftly resolve disruptions that could impact business functions, fostering a reliable and efficient technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business-critical applications.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders to enhance knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
- Experience with automation and configuration management tools related to Infrastructure As Code.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to support automation and infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
