About the job

• Lead and manage Customs Privilege programs, including Section 29 duty refund applications, compliance management, and optimization initiatives to maximize duty recovery and cash savings
• Manage and oversee Tax Compensation (Blue Corner) programs for UHT exports, ensuring accurate and timely duty refund claims while maximizing financial benefits.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze customs privilege refund forecasts to support cash flow planning, working capital optimization, and financial target achievement.
• Support customs audits, government reviews, reporting requirements, and documentation retention related to tax privileges, duty refunds, and cross-border operations.
• Verify and review export documentation for Malaysia (MY) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Validate logistics invoices and process Goods Receipt (GR) postings in a timely manner.
• Track logistics and operational costs, ensuring spending visibility and centralized cost management.
• Monitor and maintain Tri21 export shipment tracking and reporting activities.
• Consolidate, review, and centralize FTA documentation across export operations.
• Manage and control Purchase Orders (POs), including creation, monitoring, and compliance with internal procedures.
• Coordinate with Customs, Finance, Logistics, and cross-functional teams to support import-export operations.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade agreements, and internal governance requirements.
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost effectiveness.
• Provide operational support for additional import-export activities and special projects assigned by management
• Support and manage additional import and export, and tax privilege activities as assigned by line manager

About You

• • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Customs, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in import-export operations, customs compliance, customs privileges, or trade compliance
  • Strong knowledge of Customs regulations, Section 29 duty refund, Tax Compensation (Blue Corner), and export documentation
  • Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in digital tools and reporting tools
  • Good command of English
