Technical Project Lead

Sydney | Hybrid | Up to $140,000 + Super

We're looking for a Technical Project Lead to work closely with the founder, technical teams, and external stakeholders, helping lead projects, manage priorities, and drive initiatives from idea through to execution.

You'll have broad exposure across the business, genuine ownership of your work, and the opportunity to build systems and processes that make a real impact.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating project activities across internal and external stakeholders
• Managing meeting preparation, actions, follow-ups, and reporting
• Maintaining project tracking and CRM systems
• Supporting customer engagements, trials, and strategic initiatives
• Tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Working with technical teams to ensure information flows effectively
• Improving processes and creating structure where needed

About you

We're open on background, but you'll likely have experience in project coordination, operations, customer success, program support, or a similar role.

You'll be someone who:

• Can manage multiple priorities at once
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is comfortable working with technical teams
• Takes ownership and follows things through
• Enjoys solving problems and improving processes

Experience in technology, engineering, defence, mining, manufacturing, aerospace, or other technical environments would be highly regarded.
