Key Responsibilities
- Service & Warranty Calls: Address a variety of residential electrical issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction with each visit.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Accurately diagnose electrical problems and find timely solutions that meet or exceed industry standards.
- Electrical Repairs: Perform repairs in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Customer Relations: Maintain a clean and organized work environment to foster trust and loyalty. Engage customers with professionalism and respect.
- Safety & Communication: Adhere to safe working practices at all times and maintain open communication with both customers and internal teams.
Job Requirements
- Expertise in Residential Electrical Systems: Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repair, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to execute tasks with precision and thoroughness, reflecting our “Details Matter” core value.

- Valid Driver’s License
- Current Wireman or Journeyman's license is required.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in residential electrical work
- Willing to undergo pre-employment background checks, including criminal, driving, and drug screenings.
