The roles will be working closely with other members of the client delivery team to help with our APAC clients and global product teams.

We are looking for more Senior Client Delivery Leads to join the Kraken delivery team. Ideally you’ll have experience working in the Australian energy sector or SaaS providers, and a lot of experience working with technical stakeholders (developers, QA, solution architects). If you love making things better for customers, building great products, working with technology, and bringing people together to find solutions, then you’ve come to the right place. We are looking for additions to our Client Delivery team that can help build our capability across our business with Kraken.Our Client Delivery Team exists to turn complex problems into amazing outcomes. As a Senior Client Delivery Lead you’ll need to be comfortable working in partnership with the technology and operational teams at Kraken as well as the client. You’re going to need to live and breathe Kraken, and be as comfortable finding a meter read as you are trying to identify a customer need.Senior Client Delivery Leads need to understand how Kraken works, be able to help clients identify problems and refine solutions in the best way to leverage existing and new capability. They will bring technology, people and processes together to innovate improvements for our clients. They will deal with complexity across multiple customer journeys with a variety of customer types and end users. This person will play a critical role in bringing all the right people together to deliver the roadmap.You’ll be a valued leader in our delivery teams.You’ll need to be able to produce well articulated written documentation for our clients and our wider Kraken team.You’ll be facilitating and driving (sometimes ambiguous) conversations with clients in order to truly get to the root cause of their problems, and the options we have to solve it.You’ll need to be comfortable taking a hands-on approach to verifying, testing, and demonstrating Kraken functionality to clients.You’ll need to get into the finer details at times, learning how to use tools like SQL and Kraken APIs to find the answers.You're a natural optimist, seeing every challenge as an opportunity to create something exceptional..You’re inherently curious, always eager to learn and ask insightful questionsYou’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain and document complex ideas making them easily understandable.You’re self-aware to know your limits and know when to ask for help, while at the same time be happy to help out others when they need it.Thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment comes naturally to you.You possess the self-confidence to push for the best customer outcome, balanced with empathy to understand diverse client needs.You’ll be confident in having respectful, constructive conversations, even when they’re challenging.Be based in Melbourne, and be able to come into the office 3 days min per week
