Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives across product launches, retail programs, and DTC campaigns.

Assisting creative director and designer on marketing creative production.

This role ensures that all marketing efforts are organized, on time, and aligned across teams, while also owning day-to-day social media posting and execution.

You are not just coordinating—you are helping push campaigns live and keep the engine running daily.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Timeline Management

- Build and manage marketing timelines for product launches and campaigns

- Coordinate key milestones tied to retail dates, product availability, and seasonal moments

- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and aligned across teams

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Act as the central point of coordination between product, creative, social, and sales teams

- Ensure everyone is aligned on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

- Run weekly check-ins and status updates

3. Product Launch Execution

- Manage all marketing components of new product launches

- Coordinate assets needed for launch (product visuals, copy, videos, etc.)

- Ensure consistency across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels

4. Social Media Execution (Hands-On)

- Own day-to-day posting across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

- Schedule and publish content in line with marketing calendar

- Write or adapt captions that align with brand voice

- Coordinate with creative team to ensure content is ready on time

- Monitor performance and flag high-performing content

5. Asset & Deliverable Management

- Track all marketing assets across campaigns (images, videos, copy, etc.)

- Ensure correct versions are used across all channels

- Maintain organized systems for file storage and access

6. Retail & Channel Support

- Coordinate marketing needs for key accounts like Walmart and Target

- Support retail programs, presentations, and promotional calendars

- Ensure marketing aligns with retailer requirements and timelines

7. Campaign Execution

- Support execution of campaigns across email, social, paid ads, and website

- Ensure campaigns launch on time and all components are aligned

- Troubleshoot issues quickly and keep projects moving

8. Process & Workflow Optimization

- Build and improve marketing workflows and systems

- Identify bottlenecks and create more efficient processes

- Help scale marketing execution as the company grows

Qualifications

- 2–5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or social media execution

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Familiarity with social media platforms and posting tools

- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana)

- Familiar with the creative process, speak creative lingo
