We are seeking a skilled and reliable Field Service Technician to perform field visits, troubleshoot issues, and handle equipment maintenance and repairs. You will also guide clients on proper equipment use, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver excellent customer service. ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits for service, maintenance, and repairsDiagnose and resolve technical problemsInstall and oversee site repair workPrepare accurate service reports and maintain documentationSupport team members and follow company protocolsBuild strong client relationships and address customer inquiriesRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED; technical certification requiredProven experience as a Field Service Technician, preferably in constructionStrong mechanical and troubleshooting skillsPhysically fit and able to lift heavy objectsFlexible schedule and willingness to travelExcellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
