At CESO, a Civil Team Lead brings advanced engineering expertise and leadership experience to oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of engineering construction documentation, specifications, and details across multiple complex projects. This position is responsible for managing production teams, setting priorities, and ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and company best practices. The Team Lead actively leads internal and external meetings, providing strategic input and technical guidance based on extensive experience, research, and industry knowledge. The Team Lead mentors and supports team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration, while also reviewing and approving engineering deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and consistency. In addition, the Team Lead leverages software and tools to evaluate and refine designs, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to high-level technical reports and project documentation.
