- Acute Care role with coverage across multiple floors and departments
- Cover Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU & ICU step-down
- Willing to mentor/train therapists without Acute Care experience: New Grads Welcome
- See 12 patients per day on average with up to 45 minutes per patient as needed
- 4/10's Schedule
- 4.5 weeks PTO

Bonuses / Incentives:

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
- Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Collaborative, team-building personality style
- Servant leader mindset
