Lorien Mays Chapel is seeking a PRN Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Pay Rate

$15.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Receptionists are the first point of contact for our company. (Duties include)  

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and route incoming phone calls accurately and efficiently
• Maintain front desk coverage and monitor visitor access
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Communicate effectively with nursing, administrative, and leadership teams
• Support a calm, organized, and welcoming lobby environment

Qualifications

 

Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

 

Schedule & Availability

• PRN Hours

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM 

• Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
