- Oversee inbound and outbound material handling processes for CNC and Chemical materials
- Perform and manage cycle counts while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Track production, inventory, and waste metrics to support data-driven decision making
- Partner with Engineering and Production to implement material changes and process improvements
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency using Lean manufacturing principles
- Support department goals related to safety, quality, organization (5S), and cost control
- Communicate daily priorities, project status, and key performance indicators to leadership
- Help establish standardized material handling processes and transition routine handling responsibilities as systems mature
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is highly desirable
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments
Work Environment
This is a hands-on position that requires spending a significant amount of time on the production floor. You'll regularly walk throughout the facility, climb in and out of boats, inspect materials, and work alongside production teams. The manufacturing environment is non-climate controlled and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, noise, dust, and fiberglass associated with boat manufacturing.
