We are actively seeking an experienced Sr. Field Marketing Manager, North America to join our dynamic team. This position reports directly to the V.P. of Field Marketing, NAMER and offers flexibility to work remotely from a home office located within the U.S.
Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager, North America to develop and execute integrated regional marketing programs that drive pipeline, revenue, and client expansion/cross-sell opportunities. Reporting to the VP of North America Marketing, this role will partner closely with Sales, Client Success, global marketing teams, and agencies to align programs to regional priorities and business goals.
This is a highly collaborative role for a strategic, execution-oriented marketer who can build strong relationships with sales leaders, translate territory needs into effective marketing plans, and measure impact across lead generation, pipeline, retention, and expansion.
The ideal candidate has deep B2B field marketing experience, strong planning and project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering measurable marketing results in partnership with enterprise sales teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated NAMER field marketing plans aligned to sales priorities, territory goals, and growth opportunities.
- Create client-facing campaigns, regional programs, and events that generate leads, accelerate pipeline, and support revenue growth.
- Partner with Sales, Client Success, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales Enablement, and agencies to deliver coordinated programs and assets.
- Use account-based marketing, segmentation, and customer lifecycle insights to support retention, cross-sell, upsell, and expansion.
- Drive audience acquisition, targeting, communications, speaker support, attendee management, and follow-up for regional and third-party events.
- Build programs that help sellers engage executives, business, finance, operations, and technology stakeholders.
- Track and report performance across leads, SALs, pipeline, lead velocity, engagement, and program ROI.
- Gather client and sales feedback to continuously improve programs, messaging, and processes.
Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including field marketing, demand generation, or campaign management leadership.
- Experience partnering with enterprise sales teams to drive account growth, retention, and expansion.
- Proven ability to build revenue-driving field marketing strategies, campaigns, events, and content.
- Strong project management, measurement, and analytical skills with the ability to optimize performance using data.
- Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, buyer journey, and account-based marketing.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with senior sales leaders and account executives.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; Salesforce and Marketo preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous in execution.

The general salary range for this type of role is 117k - 175k depending on skills and experience. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be based on several factors such as: a candidate's location, and the level of applicable skills and professional experience. Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.
