In this role, you will be working as Mechanical Engineer for a client in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for doing the design, development and manufacturing of custom products.
This position is a contract to possible hire role. This role must be worked on-site.
Pay; $65,000-$75,000/Yr. depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, manufacturing or business preferred
- 2+ years of experience in design and enigneering
- Metal door production preferred
- Strong AutoCAD experience
- Experience with doing parts design - extrusion experience preferred
- Responsible for selection of hardware accessories for projects to meet specifications
- Develop and execute a plan for product development from concept through launch
- Evaluate production processes and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Technical writing experience is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing or construction environments
