About the Role
UPS Healthcare is Quality Focused and Patient Driven. We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Specialist for our healthcare and HealthTech transport operations in Eindhoven.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands logistics, enjoys working with data, and can translate operational information into practical improvements. The Eindhoven operations cover middle mile, final mile, linehaul, white glove, dedicated transport, and cross-dock activities.

Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:
Experience in transport, logistics, healthcare logistics, or cross-dock operations.
Good understanding of transport operations, planning, or carrier management.
Strong Excel skills.
Power BI and/or Power Query experience is considered a strong advantage.
Comfortable working with operational data, reports, and systems.
Basic understanding of customs and cross-border transport is an advantage.
Practical, analytical, and able to work with different stakeholders.
Able to manage priorities in a fast-moving operational environment.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will support KPI reporting, billing validation, transport performance, lane analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with operations, planning, finance, customer engagement, and transport teams.
On an average day, you will:
Build and maintain KPI reports, dashboards, and performance overviews.
Review transport performance, delays, POD status, carrier performance, and route efficiency.
Analyse costs, surcharges, lane performance, and operational cost drivers.
Support billing checks and identify gaps or improvement opportunities.
Help improve routing, planning, utilisation, cross-dock flows, and white glove operations.
Work with operational systems and transport data to support daily follow-up.
Support cross-border and/or customs-related transport improvement initiatives.
Help with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and operational changes.
