Lead Production Performance in a Manufacturing Environment

Your responsibilities

• You will lead and manage daily manufacturing line operations to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient production

• You will oversee project delivery performance, securing timelines, costs, and quality targets

• You will plan and allocate resources, including workforce and tasks, to meet production demands

• You will collaborate with planning, engineering, procurement, quality, maintenance, and project teams to ensure smooth operations

• You will drive continuous improvement of production processes, systems, and standardized ways of working

Expectations for you

• You have proven experience in a supervisory role in a production environment

• You have solid understanding of heavy industry operations and manufacturing processes (especially welding-based manufacturing)

• You have hands-on experience leading shop floor operations and teams

• You are familiar with manufacturing standards such as PED, ASME, ISO or GB

• You are development-oriented and motivated to improve ways of working. Experience with LEAN or continuous improvement methods is considered an advantage

• You are fluent in Finnish and English

You understand heavy industry processes and standardized manufacturing environments, and can balance safety, quality, and productivity. You are practical and present on the shop floor, while also improving processes and team capabilities.
