The Director Support Services is critical for the planning, organization, and coordination of all operations for Environmental Services and Guest Services within the hospital.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including policy review, revision, and implementation.

• Operate and manage departmental finances in accordance with budget guidelines.

• Supervise managers or supervisors and manage the performance of individuals through ongoing coaching, feedback and development to motivate, engage and drive a high performing team.

• Provide direction, support, and guidance for coworkers regarding performance standards.

• Develop, implement, and maintain strategic plans and objectives.

• Ensure department meets all regulatory guidelines and requirements.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related field - Required

• Master's Degree Health or Business Administration - Preferred

• 5 years Progressive Leadership - Required
