Inside the Role
The Office Team member position provides administrative support to a fast paced distribution center. Oversees the returns process and research and resolve customer and supplier exceptions. Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence and reports. Maintains files and records in accordance to company policy.Posting Information

Responsibilities
Interact with customers, provide customer service over the phone and research and resolve customer issues
Research, approve and process customer discrepancies and returns. Interact with suppliers and generate purchase orders and process accounts payable
Provide general administrative support to a fast-paced Distribution Center
Run reports, analyze data and provide detailed information to Leadership and other functional areas within the Distribution Center
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2 years of related experience OR an associate’s degree (or higher) in lieu of experience required
Strong oral and written communication skills required
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills required
Strong PC skills with ability to manage files and folders electronically required
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
Ability to analyze data to determine trends and/or use in problem solving required
Ability to streamline procedures with knowledge of Microsoft Office required
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with and through others required
Strong clerical aptitude and experience assisting customers over the phone and on-line required
Ability to successfully manage multiple and varied responsibilities required

Typical Minimum Experience Preferred (Desired Skills/Experience)
Ability to manage data using Microsoft Access preferred
Experience with SAP preferred
Administrative and Office experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment preferred
Shipping and Receiving preferred
